Shipping Info: PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS FOR ITEMS TO SHIP. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided to the email address associated with the order. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive once shipped.

International Orders:International orders may be subject to pay duties and taxes, which is out of our control.

Please allow 10-25 days for your order to arrive once shipped depending on where you live. 

Size Changes: Once an order is placed, the size of the items) cannot be changed.

Refund/Return Policy: We do not accept returns, or issue refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final.

Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

The buyer commits to full

responsibility when purchasing. Please contact USPS, or your local Postal Carrier to locate your package, and or file a lost package report

Forfeiture of Merchandise:

• Incorrect Addresses: benshini is NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. If buyer enters an invalid address at checkout, preventing the shipping of the order, buyer has 90 days to contact us and provide a valid address or the items become forfeit, cannot be reclaimed and no refund or credit will be issued.

• Returned Mail: If the buyer's package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is FULLY RESPONSIBLE for contacting 8thwndr to request the package to be reshipped and the buyer is FULLY RESPONSIBLE for the cost to reship the order. After 90 days, returned mail items become forfeit, cannot be reclaimed and no refund or credit will be issued.

Color Policy: We cannot 100% guarantee that each item will look identical to the way it is shown on a device. We always do our best to accurately portray colors, but occasionally there will be a slight variance.
